Exchange Policy

At Zaishay Official, each order is handled with care and attention. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order & Advance Payments

• All handmade orders require a minimum 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
• All international orders are processed with 100% advance payment.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 3-4 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
• No exchange will be accepted on the basis of change of mind, size issues, or dislike.
• Sale or discounted items are also non-exchangeable.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos. After verification, a replacement will be provided.

4. Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect.
• Zaishay Official reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
